Modus Operandi
Workshop:
Collective Thinking
We work on effective collaboration, ownership and communication styles. Within the workshop we use elements from different feedback methods, group conversation styles, the sociocratic mindset and creative documentation.
TRAINING:
Implementing Sociocracy
Didi Kreike is trainer in the sociocratic circle structure, developed by Sociocracy Group. After a check-in meeting, we create a process of goal realisation that helps you make effective decisions within your organization. This has a minimum of 6 sessions that Didi facilitates, helping you with meetings, to-do’s and where consent governs the decision-making process.
