Living Installation
Characteristics: Longdurational, modular, experimental artworks to create immersive environments
Set: Challenging norms, often with a bold queer perspective
Setting: Site-adapted stage design is often first priority, because visitors step into a living, long durational work; and share the space with the performers. The living installation surrounds you from all sides. The stage design has modular elements and is built on-site, adapted directly to the context and architecture of the space.
Artist: fluid ensemble of artists from various disciplines collaborate to create a playful universe.
Audience: Active participation—invited to explore a universe through different mediums. Visitors are free to wander, and engage from their own perspective and needs.
Duration: Long durational, often looped - stay as long as you like
